How to choose a facial in Tampines

Start with the concern, not the trend name

A useful booking message names the skin, not only the treatment you saw online. Tell Jessyca whether you are congested, dull, dry, breaking out, puffy, or getting ready for an event. Also say if you use retinol, exfoliating acids, or have a wedding or photoshoot date. That is enough to choose from the facial price list without guessing.

If you are new to the studio and want a calm first facial, classic is $60. It is a straightforward starting point, not a claim that it is our busiest booking. Eyebrow threading is the visit most first-timers choose. A facial is the longer appointment, and we recommend booking it rather than assuming a walk-in slot.

The menu, by concern

Prices are SGD and match the public list. Where two facials could fit, we will say so in the consultation instead of stacking treatments you do not need.

Using a facial device as an add-on, rather than as the whole treatment, is an extra $38–$80. It is not automatic. We add it when it suits the facial you are already having.

A classic facial package is 10 sessions for $550, and that price already includes the discount. Other packages can be quoted. They are not all printed as fixed numbers.

What a first facial visit is like

We look at the skin before choosing pressure and products. Sensitive or easily flushed skin is not pushed through an aggressive cleanse for the sake of a dramatic before-and-after. The aim is a complexion that looks rested when you leave, and a barrier that is still calm the next day.

How to prepare

• Arrive with clean skin. Skip heavy makeup on the day.
• A gentle cleanse the night before is enough. Do not scrub.
• Say so if you use retinol or exfoliating acids, and when you last applied them.
• Mention a recent peel, injectables, or a rash. We may suggest another day.
• Drink water. Dehydrated skin is harder to treat comfortably.
• After the facial, avoid direct sun for 24 hours. Use the SPF you already own.

None of this replaces the conversation in the chair. It just means we are not discovering a strong active halfway through the cleanse.

What a facial will not promise

One facial will not permanently clear acne, erase lines, or replace medical care. Acne treatment at $95 is a salon facial for congested, breakout-prone skin. It is not a prescription. If skin is infected, weeping, or you are under a doctor's plan, tell us and follow that plan first.

LED at $170, face lifting at $150, and hydrafacial at $130 are the top of this menu. They are still facials. We will not describe them as surgery or as a guaranteed result.

How to message us so we can choose well

A useful note is short. Skin concern, anything strong you put on your face, and whether a date matters. You do not need the product’s full ingredient list.

For example: “Dull skin, I use retinol twice a week, last time was Sunday, no event coming up.” That points toward a brightening facial at $90 or a classic at $60 if you would rather start gently. Or: “Congested chin, no acids, wedding in three weeks.” That is a different plan from a relaxing lymphatic massage at $90, and the three-week date matters because we will not suggest an aggressive cleanse the day before photos.

If you are choosing for someone else, do not guess their products. Ask them, or have them message directly. The wrong assumption is usually an undisclosed retinoid.

Prices on this page are the published list. They are not a quote for a course. Beauty courses are priced on request, including facial training. A treatment booking and a course enquiry should be separate messages so the two are not mixed up.
